What updates should we add to VBS Tools Online?

Hi guys - I've been tasked with providing a list of upgrades and changes to VBS Tools Online for 2010. What better way to find out than to ask the folks who are using it! Any suggestions?

I love VBS tools. However, some reports are a little difficult to pull up. But, every year it gets better. Thanks so much!
On my wish list...make something like this available to be used for Sundays on a weekly basis.
It is much easier to use than some attendance packages we have looked at.

I would like to print certificates directly from the database. Not sure if this was a feature, but I didn't find it.

Also, the format of the printed enrollment form could be updated (larger print, etc.).

Have some way for people to donate money/pay for a particular church's VBS. Right now we have to use two sites and that is more difficult than having it all in one place.

Another couple of ideas we had were to somehow have some mechanism for making more graphically appealing e-mails (fonts, pictures, etc).

The other thing we found difficult was that we had many volunteers who filled two or three positions. For instance somone did kitchen help AND media. Another helped for a nursery shift AND was in the drama. We don't want to make two whole records for them. And the second and third jobs don't show up in reports if we put the info in a custom field or comments section.

A template for the children's certificates would be great so we don't have to try and make our own with several trials.
